Seasonality of infectious disease is an important factor in incidence, outbreaks, control and prevention. Many mathematical models that incorporate seasonality the transmission were formulated analyzed. In this essay a qualitative analysis given terms effective reproduction number R0, existence stability disease-free equilibrium endemic both SEIR model seasonal model. We perform numerical simul...

We analyze mathematical models for COVID-19 with discrete time delays and vaccination. Sufficient conditions the local stability of endemic disease-free equilibrium points are proved any positive delay. The results illustrated through numerical simulations performed in MATLAB.

We study the replica free energy surface for a spin glass model near the glassy temperature. In this model the simplicity of the equilibrium solution hides non trivial metastable saddle points. By means of the stability analysis performed for one and two real replicas constrained, an interpretation for some of them is achieved.

The biggest public health problem facing the whole world today is COVID-19 pandemic. From time came into limelight, people have been losing their loved ones and relatives as a direct result of this disease. Here, we present six-compartment epidemiological model that deterministic in nature for emergence spread two strains disease given community, with quarantine recovery due to treatment. Emplo...

A deterministic model for assessing the dynamics of mixed species malaria infections in a human population is presented to investigate the effects of dual infection with Plasmodium malariae and Plasmodium falciparum. Qualitative analysis of the model including positivity and boundedness is performed. In addition to the disease free equilibrium, we show that there exists a boundary equilibrium c...

Hepatitis B is a potentially life-threatening liver infection caused by the hepatitis B virus (HBV). In this paper, the transmission dynamics of hepatitis B is formulated with a mathematical model with considerations of different classes of individuals, namely immunized, susceptible, latent, infected and recovered class. The role of vaccination of new born babies against hepatitis B and the trea...
