First, the quadratic functional equation of Pexider type will be solved. By applying this result, we will also solve some functional equations of Pexider type which are closely associated with the quadratic equation.

In this paper the stability of quadratic functional equation, f(xy)+f(xy)=2f(x)+2f(y) on class of groups is obtained and also prove that quadratic functional equation may not be stable in any abelian group.

Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability have been studied in the contexts of several areas of mathematics. The concept of fuzziness and its extensions have been introduced to almost all branches of mathematics in recent times.Here we define the cubic functional equation in 2-variables and establish that Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability holds for such equations in intuitionistic fuzzy Banach spaces.
