در این مطالعه اثر نوع منبع کربنی (گلوکز، اتانول و اسید استیک) ، شدت نور (0/2، 5/3، 0/5 کیلو لوکس)،  روش کشت (بچ و فدبچ) و دما بر میزان تولید رنگدانه فایکوسیانین از اسپیرولینا بررسی شد. آزمایش هایی مطابق با روش فاکتوریل کامل در دو شرایط ثابت و متغیر بر روی 36 نمونه انجام گردید. نتیجه حاصل این بود که افزایش نور باعث افزایش تولید رنگدانه، درحالی که افزایش دما موجب کاهش تولید آن گردید. روش فدبچ نسب...
