تغذیه دافنی (daphnia magna) از دو جلبک سبز (ankistrodesmus falcatusو scenedesmus obliquus) در سه تکرار و شرایط یک سان برای هر دو (محیط کشت z-8 و رژیم نوری 14 ساعت روشنایی و 10 ساعت تاریکی) بررسی شد. با افزایش غلظت جلبک میزان فیلتر کردن دافنی کاهش یافت، ولی بین تیمارها اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نشد (05/0p>). با افزایش غلظت جلبک، میزان بلع و تغذیه دافنی افزایش معنی داری یافت (05/0p
