Desmoid tumor is a rare soft tissue and accounts less than 1% of retroperitoneal tumor. It pathologically benign tumor, while clinical behavior aggressive, showing high rate local recurrence. consists spindle cell, collagen myxoid matrix thus it shows diverse imaging patterns according to its composition.
