Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a mathematical programming technique for identifying efficiency scores of decision making units (DMUs). Since DEA models cannot present efficient frontiers of PPS, in order to do this, we introduce a method for identifying efficient frontier for DMUs with interval data.

The performances of decision-making units (DMUs) can be evaluated from two different points of view optimistic and pessimistic and accordingly, two different efficiencies can be calculated for each DMU: the best relative efficiency and the worst relative efficiency. In the conventional methods of data envelopment analysis (DEA), only the best relative efficiency is evaluated. It is argued h...

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a technique for measuring the efficiency of decision making units. in all models of the dea, for each unit under assessment, the numerical efficiency is obtained which may be less than or equal to one. given the possible large number of functional units, we use various ranking methods for evaluating units. one of the rating methods is balance index and topsis....

AHP is proposed to give the importance grade with respect to many items. The comparison value that is the element of a comparison matirx is used to be crisp, however, it is easy for a decision maker to give it as an interval. The interval comparison values can reflect uncertainty due to human judgement. In this paper, the interval importance grade is obatained from an interval comparison matrix...

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is an effective method to evaluate the relative efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs). In one hand, the DEA models need accurate inputs and outputs data. On the other hand, in many situations, inputs and outputs are volatile and complex so that they are difficult to measure in an accurate way. The conflict leads to the researches of uncertain DEA models. Thi...

Im this paper, the performance of suppliers is evaluated based on their efficiencies. Evaluation environment is not always precise and we may face imprecise for evaluation indexes values. In this situation, traditional and certain models cannot be employed. For overcoming uncertainty problem, there are different models such as stochastic, statistical, Rough, Fuzzy, etc for solving uncertainty e...

envelopment analysis (dea) is a very e ective method to evaluate the relative eciency of decision-making units (dmus). dea models divided all dmus in two categories: ecient and inecientdmus, and don't able to discriminant between ecient dmus. on the other hand, the observedvalues of the input and output data in real-life problems are sometimes imprecise or vague, suchas interval data, ...

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a technique for measuring the efficiency of a set of Decision Making Units (DMUs) with common data, but in general it is not practical. This paper presents a framework where DEA is used to measure overall profit efficiency with fuzzy data. Specifically, it is shown that as the inputs, outputs and price vectors are fuzzy numbers, the DMUs cannot be easily evalu...
