A case of revealing a rare pathology for the mammary glands in men - intraductal papilloma is presented. There features clinical course, mammography and ultrasound visualization results histology. The final diagnosis «intraductal papilloma» established only on basis pathomorphological immunohistochemical studies obtained during excisional biopsy.
