تاثیر فرآوری با قارچ pleurotus sajor-caju بر گوارش پذیری و تجزیه پذیری تفاله شیرین بیان

چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش ، بررسی تاثیر فرآوری با قارچpleurotus sajor-cajuبر گوارش پذیری و تجزیه پذیری تفاله شیرین بیان است . نتایج نشان داد که به طورکلی، فرآوری با قارچ pleurotus sajor-caju ، کیفیت ، ارزش غذایی و گوارش پذیری تفاله شیرین بیان را بطور معنی داری افزایش داد. برای تفسیر بهتر نتایج تجزیه پذیری، تعیین ترکیب شیمیایی لیگنین و اسیدهای فنلی تفاله شیرین بیان، توصیه می شود.
