چکیده

این پژوهش به منظور شناسایی و تعیین ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس، ویژگی های نانوامولسیون اسانس، تعیین اثر آللوپاتی اسانس و عصاره اندام هوایی مشکگ می باشد. اندام هوایی خشک شده ی مشکگ به روش تقطیر با آب با استفاده از دستگاه کلونجر اسانس گیری شد و اسانس حاصل توسط دستگاه gc و gc-ms تجزیه و آنالیز گردید.
