هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر نفتالین بر سیستم اندوکرین در ماهیان ماده در دو مرحله پیش زرده سازی و زرده سازی است. در آزمایش اول ماهیان ماده مید (Liza klunzingeri) به دو گروه شاهد و تیمار تقسیم شدند. به گروه تیمار محلول mg/kg50 نفتالین در g/lμ2 روغن گیاهی به ازای وزن بدن به صورت درون صفاقی تزریق شد. برای گروه شاهد از g/lμ2 به ازای وزن بدن روغن گیاهی استفاده شد. از هر دو گروه پس از 3 ساعت ...
