Due to its construction, the nonperturbative renormalization group (RG) evolution of constant, field-independent term (which is constant with respect field variations but depends on RG scale $k$) requires special care within Functional Renormalization Group (FRG) approach. In several instances, potential has no physical meaning. However, there are cases where it receives important applications....

Oscillator Architectures and Enhanced Frequency Synthesizer. (December 2009) Sang Wook Park, B.S., Yonsei University, Korea; M.S., Yonsei University, Korea Chair of Advisory Committee: Dr. Edgar Sánchez-Sinencio A voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) that generates a periodic signal whose frequency is tuned by a voltage is a key building block in any integrated circuit system. A sine wave oscill...

Because the choice of oscillator resonant circuit parameters depends mostly on experience, we propose nonlinear differential equations to describe an oscillator based on an equivalent circuit of the oscillator and then to describe the internal electrical noise of the oscillator by introducing a stochastic term that establishes a nonlinear stochastic differential equation to analyse the oscillat...

78 Abstract— In this paper we introduce an ultra low power CMOS LC oscillator and analyze a method to design a low power low phase noise complementary CMOS LC oscillator. A 1.8GHz oscillator is designed based on this analysis. The circuit has power supply equal to 1.1 V and dissipates 0.17 mW power. The oscillator is also optimized for low phase noise behavior. The oscillator phase noise is -12...

One of the most interesting properties of boson gases is that under special conditions, there is a possibility of a phase transition, in a critical temperature  below  which  all bosons condensate into  the ground state. This phenomenon is called Bose – Einstein Condensation (BEC). In  this paper, we investigate BEC in a harmonic oscillator trap. We conclude that, in contrast to a free boson ga...

In this paper, we present a comparative study between the Adomian decomposition method and two classical well-known Runge-Kutta and central difference methods for the solution of damped forced oscillator problem. We show that the Adomian decomposition method for this problem gives more accurate approximations relative to other numerical methods and is easier to apply.

in the present paper the linear oscillator in r3 with z =constanthas been considered. the aim is to determine the necessary conditions forthe persistence of periodic solutions under discontinuous perturbations. a newapproach based on a computational method has been used. at the end weapply our method on an example.

Systems of coupled oscillators are widely used as models for biological rhythmic oscillations such as human circadian rhythms[1, 2], finger movements, animal locomotion[3], swarms of fireflies that flash in synchrony, synchronous firing of cardiac pacemaker cells[5, 6], and so on. Using these coupled oscillator models, many investigators have studied the mechanism of generation of synchronous o...

This study presents a microwave oscillator in which an innovative hybrid microstrip and substrate integrated waveguide filter is proposed for phase noise reduction. By virtue of equivalent circuit, the specific topology this clearly revealed verified by both simulation experiment. It can realize third-order elliptic bandpass response with two transmission zeros near passband. Specific be formed...
