validation of a revised logical-mathematical intelligence scale and exploring its relationship with english language proficiency

چکیده

نظریه هوش چندگانه قسمتهای متفاوت هوش بشری را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد که با شناخت آن شخص به درک بهتری از توانایی های خود میرسد و در نتیجه سعی در استفاده از آن جهت یادگیری بهتر میکند. همچنین با شناخت استعداد دانش آموزان، فرایند یادگیری بهتر میشود. هدف از انجام دادن این تحقیق بررسی رابطه بین هوش ریاضی و استعداد یادگیری زبان انگلیسی میباشد. برای انجام این تحقیق از پرسشنامه هوش ریاضی که توسط شیرر در سال 1994 طراحی شده برای سنجش هوش ریاضی شرکت کنندگان و جهت بررسی توانایی زبان انگلیسی گزیده ای از تست تافل مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. اطلاعات به دست آمده نشان داد که پرسشنامه ریاضی روی چهار عامل کاربرد ریاضی، حل مسئله، حافظه عددی و کنجکاوی قرار گرفته است و همبستگی بین هوش ریاضی و تافل نشان داد که بین عامل دوم ریاضی یعنی حل مسئله و خواندن که زیر مجموعه تافل است، رابطه معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد. نتایج آماری به دست آمده به صورت کامل توضیح داده شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است
