رابطه بین سرمایه فکری و بهره وریدر شرکت های دارویی
چکیده
مقاله حاضرباهدفتعیینرابطهیمیان سرمایه فکری و بهرهوری در شرکتهای دارویی پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران،انجامشدهاست. در این پژوهش نمونهای شامل 19 شرکت مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. متغیروابسته بهروری می باشد و برای اندازه گیری این متغیر از نسبت ارزش افزودهی ایجاد شده به ازای هر یک از کارکنان استفاده شده است. همچنین متغیرهای مستقل ارزش سرمایه فکری (در سطح کل) و کارایی سرمایه فکری در سطح اجزاء آن یعنی سرمایه بکارگرفتهشده (مالیوفیزیکی)، سرمایه انسانی و سرمایه ساختاری است که برای اندازهگیری متغیر ارزش سرمایه فکری از مدل ارزش نامشهودها و متغیر کارایی سرمایه فکری از مدل پالیک استفاده شده است. به منظورآزمونفرضیههایاین پژوهش،ازآنالیز رگرسیون حداقل مربعات درسطحخطایپنجدرصداستفادهشد. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از وجود رابطه مثبت و معنیدار بین ارزش سرمایه فکری و بهرهوری می باشد. abstract the purpose of this paper is investigating the relationship between the elements of intellectual capital and productivity for pharmaceutical companies listed in tehran stock exchange. samples of 19 companies were examined. to determine productivity (dependent variable), the ratio of the value added per employee has been applied. in addition, the criteria of efficiency intellectual capital in the total level and for level of components include human capital, structural capital and physical capital as independent variables have been measured by public model. also the value of intellectual capital has been measured by intangible value. multiple regression has been applied to test the research hypothesis at α= 5%. the results indicate a significant relationship between the intellectual capital and the productivity.
